I can't get the ipygui to work in 0.2.x!

It renders fine, but the new tier button doesn't work...

Ok it looks like this area is the problem, because reassuringly, the dialogue does work for DataSets:

Cassini/cassini/ext/ipygui/components.py

Certainly fixed in 0.3.x...?
