Tagmentation WGS and WES

Tagmentation WGS and WES data come up and need to be processed in a way similar to the T-WGBS data, namely by first doing duplication marking per library followed by simple merging of library-BAMs.

The following steps need to be taken:

• allow specification of metadata table also for WES and WGS data (Metadata Table access for WES/WGS #19)
• adapt the WGBS merge-job code for WGS and WES
