There is a set of spreadsheets on the hashtags

It would be useful to turn these into a proper database, ideally one that everyone could still contribute to. Wikibase seems a bit like overkill for such a small dataset as it currently is.

These phenotypes could eventually have their own Wikidata properties.

Nice project for a hackday.
