[1.19.2 Forge] modded biomes not spawning

Bug description and reproduction steps

hey there! am running a couple modded biome generators on my server, but we discovered that none of the modded biomes are appearing in the mirror. i tried making a minimal pack with just Overworld Mirror, Oh the Biomes You'll Go, and Biomes o Plenty, then teleporting to a BYG Skyris forest in the overworld, opening a portal and going to the same spot in the mirror, and it was a vanilla spruce forest. when i teleported to several other places in the mirror and did biome searches, i couldn't find any modded biomes from either BYG or BOP.

1. make world with OM, BYG, and BOP.
2. tp to OM
3. look for any modded biomes
4. feel sad

having a duplicate overworld for resource gathering has been awesome, though! please let me know if there is anything else i can do to help. thank you for everything you do!
