Bug Report

Current Behavior
pytest 測試 test_newsletter.py 時間過長導致 GitHub Actions 卡死而失敗

Expected behavior/code
正常執行並計算 coverage

Possible Solution
（暫無）

要不要考慮只 TEST 一個 endpoint

emm，也行，如果只要算 coverage，端口壞掉不管的話，我晚點試試看只測一兩個跑不跑的了
