UI: Click on channel name - hover area bigger than link area

Description:

Hi folks,

something that happened to me a few times: I clicked on a channel name and nothing supposedly happens. What is the issue? The :hover area is bigger than the actual :link area which leads to me sometimes clicking in the :hover area but nothings happens because I didn't actually click the link.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.60.0-rc.2
• Operating System: Oracle Linux 7
• Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): tar
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: -
• Node Version: 8.9.3

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected behavior:

The whole :hover area should be clickable

Actual behavior:

Only the actual channel name is clickable
