Sidebar is not responsive

Description

The sidebar does not shrink to allow for smaller screens: and does not provide a scroll bar or other allowance to view content now clipped off of the screen.

Open any Sidebar and shrink screen width to 320px. Sidebar remains at (default) 450px and is not responsive
