Related to SketchUp/api-issue-tracker#256

See if is is possible to somewhat reliably pick up usage of Sketchup::Behavior and make suggestions when one property is used without another dependent pair. For instance, snapto needs is2d to be set.

It might not be that easy to detect this without noise. is2d could already be set somewhere else.
