DAX v0.7.1 - bug fix

This release addresses a couple bugs found in v0.7.0.

There were two missing imports that have now been added to setup.py.

XnatUtils.list_sessions had a blocking bug when subj_id2lab failed to get handedness, age, yob, etc.
