Add option to store a single /spawn location cross-server #20

Each server should have an option for /spawn to direct to that server's /spawn position OR the globally set /spawn point. /setspawn should probably be able to control this alongside some config options.

Postponing this one for the time being. For now, you can do /setwarp spawn where you want your spawn, disable the /spawn command in the HuskHomes config & create an alias in commands.yml for /spawn to be /warp spawn
