Publishing Strategy As suggested in #124, add new document on the strategy and policies for publishing documents on the website. This is just an initial draft, with task-lists for missing topics and pending tasks.
Update Dia Diagrams Add some GitHub specific Asciidoctor hacks to improve the Wiki page.
Dia Diagrams Wiki notes and tutorials on how to correctly setup and use Dia to edit and generate the SVG diagrams for the ALAN documentation. This is the initial draft of a long article that will completed in due time; also, it's in AsciiDoc, and it might require some tweaking for optimal visualization on the Wiki.

Repo Setting Add `.editorconfig`, `.gitattributes` and `.gitignore` rules to improve the editing experience for repository maintainers, who can edit the Wiki locally and publish via Git. Also add the `validate.sh` script to validate code styles consistency locally via EClint, an EditorConfig validation tool.
