What's changed?

Hotfix. Installs with disabled patch applying won't have launcher.bat file. It never was an issue before, because this option disabling was intended to be done by experienced users only, but since now patch is not required and its applying is disabled to everyone by default - this file is absent on default installs, and I had to make this release which adds support to launch the game directly, without launcher.bat file

It's a hotfix, meaning that I didn't really test it. Maybe I'll need to make another hotfix release later (hope no)
