Originally opened as adobe/brackets#9703

In the split view, Brackets has occupied the file name on top of each window and again top of both is shown actived relative path + filename. also it's shown on the title bar!. 3 times for actived file name? if the file name be more than 20 characters then it even occupies a full line!

Its better that hide all file names or using tabbed page top on each window.
