Refreshing the page with F5 always goes back to first section #641

Even if I'm at page /survey/visitedPlaces, refreshing the page with F5 will always return to a previous section, most often the home page, but I've seen some surveys go back to householdMembers, and then refreshing again from there would go back to /home.

Why doesn't it remain on the current section?
