I wish I could paginate Chart.js legends, such as available in other libraries (e.g. https://jsfiddle.net/gh/get/library/pure/highcharts/highcharts/tree/master/samples/highcharts/legend/navigation-enabled-false/).

I'm trying to prevent the canvas from being overwhelmed by legends.

Pagination should be horizontal or vertical, according to configuration.
