Customer can't save edited address on Magento 2.2.x

When a customer chooses to edit the supplied address from the verification modal in Magento 2.2.x, the "Save Address" button remains disabled.

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.2.x
2. AvaTax extension version 1.3.x

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into the frontend as a customer
2. Navigate to the Address Book and add a new address
3. When the verification modal opens to provide a suggested address, click the Edit Address button

Expected result

1. The customer should be able to edit the address and once again click Save Address

Actual result

1. The customer can edit the address, but the Save Address button remains disabled
