AvaTax extension sends multiple line items to Avalara for configurable items

Steps to reproduce:

• As a customer:
  • Add a single configurable product to your shopping cart
  • Checkout as a taxable customer
• As the merchant:
  • Invoice the previously placed order
  • Process the AvaTax queue
  • Log into the Avalara website to view the transaction's results

Expected behavior:

• The order will contain only the one item that was ordered

Actual behavior:

• The order lists the item ordered twice; once with the correct information (price, tax, etc.), and once with all $0.00 values.

This issue has been resolved as of release version 1.2.1.
