Add metric with tx broadcast failure counters for the different categories of errors. If these categories can be determined dynamically from the errors, that would be great, but hardcoding the categories is fine too.

  • redundant packet errors
  • account sequence mismatch errors
  • out of gas errors
  • insufficient funds errors
  • other errors
