Tweak to Sleep Timer

I've been using the sleep timer recently and the screen lock option is great. I find that the default value is too low (15 minutes) and changing it every time is tedious.

Option 1: Set the default value to 30 minutes instead.

Option 2: Add a separate check box to remember the last set value on the sleep timer menu.

Option 3: Add a selection in settings to set a custom default value.

Close this if there is a way to change this that I'm unaware of.
