When processing iSIM + BF data, I have found the need for a function to rename channel names. So far, since I have had to do a crop, I rename the channels there, but it would be nice to have a CLI function similar to update-scale-metadata that does something similar. Is there a simple way to do this? It doesn't have to be a CLI, but I don't think we even have a convenience function for this.

There's iohub.ngff.Position.rename_channel
