[BUG] 'Get MISP insight' does not appear

Describe the bug
The menu to trigger the manual hook on IOC (Get MISP insight) does not appear after the MISP module has been enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a fresh 2.0.0-beta-1 docker-compose
2. Go to Advanced > Modules
3. Click on IrisMisp
4. Click on 'Enable Module'
5. Create a new Case
6. Add a new IOC
7. Right click on the IOC
8. See error: the menu 'Get MISP insight' to trigger the manual hook is not visible

Expected behavior
Menu 'Get MISP insight' should be visible. Note: if the parameter 'Manual triggers on IOCs' is set to false, saved and then again set to true, saved, then the menu will appear.
