This failure is very rare. Last one I see is from 26th of June https://dev.azure.com/dnceng-public/public/_build/results?buildId=720816. This is the same failure as reported in #101371.

I would keep one of the issues open for reference.

@matouskozak could you please merge the build analysis templates between these two issues and close one of them then?
I'm moving both to 10 for now.
