Steps to reproduce:

Open internal browser
Right-click and close

Expected:

get-tab-folder | get-tab-item | get-menu Close | click is recorded and can be replayed

Actual:

nothing is recorded and code above is not replayed

Regression.
RCPTT test fails: ContextMenuActionsRecordingForBrowser
