changing per page setting does not rearrange rows in datatable

• make datatable visualization
  • count aggregation
  • split rows: (e.g. terms with geo.dest)
  • Order:descending/size:20
• click play -> visualization shows. notice that it requires 2 pages to display
• go to options tab. change per page to 20
  -> visualization updates. the rows expand to 20, but the data is still spread out over two pages

In the image, note all the empty rows. The 2nd page is still there and contains more results.

This is a regression. Does not occur on 4.6. (perhaps due to (#7960) (?)
