Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Element X built for F-Droid
  2. Element X registers a new topic in ntfy
  3. Close Element X app
  4. Open ntfy app
  5. Manually remove Element X's topic subscription
  6. Close ntfy app
  7. Open Element X app
  8. Observe a crash screen

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected Element X to re-register the ntfy topic without any problem

What happened instead?

A crash screen appeared
