Contributor Program additions

As an end-user, I don't find any of the current contributor features compelling (themes, historical stats, no private sponsored links, ect). I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone. I'm sure some people may care for these features.

Please consider adding the following features/benefits to increase incentive to support Ghostery as a contributor.

• Block site notifications
• Stop floating videos
• Hide newsletter pop-ups
• Ignore survey requests
