Per https://grafana.com/docs/writers-toolkit/write/image-guidelines/#where-to-store-media-assets, we want to store assets in Google Cloud storage, so that they 1) can be reused in other repositories and 2) don't bloat the mimir repository.

We need to bulk migrate images from this repository according to the process outlined in https://grafana.com/docs/writers-toolkit/write/image-guidelines/#where-to-store-media-assets.
