If you get an invitation from somebody who is not in your contact list, you can accept it, but it is not possible to talk to him, because he can't send anything to you, if encryption he turned encryption on.
If you try to send somebody a message who does not have you in his/her contacts list, you only get a message, that there is no public key to this user on the server.
Is this impossible to fix due to the nature of the encryption model?
