Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch codec settings to AVC
  2. Enable hls
  3. Play

Expected behavior

Play hls - AVC videos without blinking

Actual behavior

On my smart phone with Android 5.1, youtube in VP9 blinks and switching to hls with the AVC option does not change anything.

LibreTube version

0.26.9.1730

Android version

5.1
