Whiteboard templates - error: Unable to create new file from template

Currently when creating a new whiteboard via template, an error occurs: Unable to create new file from template

The whiteboard, however, does get created in some cases.

Here's a workaround:

1. in Files, create new whiteboard (be patient, this part is slow)
2. in template selection screen, choose a template, hit 'Create'
3. error message: "Unable to create new file from template"
4. the template selection dialogue stays in place, just dismiss it (do NOT hit "Create" a second time)
5. refresh the Files window
6. your whiteboard template will appear as the filename you chose in step 1.
7. open the whiteboard - voila! Your whiteboard w template is ready.
