Error in trying get consumer keys #120

I follow all the instructions and it does not work the "gather_keys_oauth2.py". I also researched in forum fitbit and try solution here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Web-API-Development/Get-oAuth2-refresh-access-token/m-p/1215464#M4772 . I am with code in latest from github. I called from terminal with the client id and the client secret.

When open in the terminal show this that I am not sure if is an error:
CherryPy Checker:
The Application mounted at '' has an empty config.

if I try the web https://dev.fitbit.com/apps/oauthinteractivetutorial then receive another error "Missing parameters: state":
