windows 安装运行1.18.1 standalone 失败 #1364

Describe the bug
按文档安装Windows 1.18.1 standalone版本，安装显示成功，但是polaris-server没有启动，手动启动报错如下：

用vscode打开polaris-server.yaml，发现文件最后一行有空行，删除最后一空行，程序可以启动。

另外，polaris-server没有启动的场景下，登录polaris-console报错提示不明显，需要查看后台日志。
