Problem : There is no platform where complaints and feedbacks could be provided on the airports, specially immigration related issues.
Solution : A platform which can be used to gather all the information about the issues at the airports was built. All the description about the mishaps can be submitted to the authorities using this platform, pictures about the incident can also be included in the same. This platform also comes with a anonymous option.It has been built on MySQL and PhP. The MVP was functional.
