Acceptance test failes to retrieve log event

Describe the bug
The acceptance test to check if the provisioning was successful is sometimes failing with the following error message:

�[38;5;9m  ×  publish-finished-provisioning: Check if publisher has finished provisioning process�[0m
�[38;5;9m     ×  acceptance should have publish cloudwatch log event "/var/log/shinesolutions/puppet-stack-init.log", "Applied"
     undefined method `events' for {:events=>[], :next_token=>nil}:Hash�[0m

This error is intermittent and can happen to any component.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run acceptance test

Expected behavior
It shouldpass the test
