password change not required

When I logged in as my test student and grabbed the credentials from S3 I was not forced to change my initial account password. This seems to conflict with Aaron's to-do list that has that item checked off.

Make sure to do another pull to verify that you have the latest code. There should be a monkeypatch.py file in your local copy due to this API feature missing from boto.

I verified that a fresh git clone and a ./destroy.py && ./provision.py does ask me to change the password when I try to log in as a student the first time.
