Long read sequencing(HiFi reads) + AA call - Current status?

Firts of all, I would like to express my appreciation for the development of AA. I have been using AA extensively, and it has been a crucial tool in my research.

I am planning to use HiFi reads for long read sequencing to detect and analyze ecDNA. In a response from #102, you mentioned that incorporating long-read sequencing into AA was being considered for future updates. Could you provide an update on the current status of this? Has there been any progress or updates since then?
