• consider adding a link from the github repo description section to the new package location (that way there is a notice 'above the fold' without scrolling to README)

I momentarily archived the repo, but then unarchived it.
I was surprised that archiving the repo made it so open issues could not be transferred to the new repo. I'm going to leave this unarchived again for at least 24hrs. If you care about any of the 10 open issues , consider transfering them to w3protocol monorepo
