Tutorials and OpenNI2

Hello,

I talked about it already at the ROS Kong and thus opening a issue about it as suggested (written in a polite way ;D) :

• Support for OpenNI2. Please, pretty please.
• I think ORK needs more tutorials to help understand Ecto and ORK at the same time and to illustrate how to create a pipeline from scratch. I know everything is explained on the website here http://wg-perception.github.io/object_recognition_core/index_developer.html#ork-developer but I think some code would be better to illustrate (a bit like on the PCL website maybe). It would just be very helpful for lazy people who want to catch up faster.
