Make spectate also reduce slowmo by the usual 2 seconds #136

Currently, you can just save your slowmo seconds by going to spectator mode, say, during a superfall.

Thanks to the Faceman for reporting!

This command gives all players +1 second of slow motion.
This makes sure that *any* transition away from the mortal realm causes the player to lose 2 seconds of slow motion.
The stored slowmo seconds while slow motion is active will likely be 0.
So without this change, nothing would be deducted.
