First Release

This is the first release of the cmd tool.
It can be already used to create a statement file.

It throws an error if any statement in the input file is unknown for the tool.
I rethink to just ignore it.

For end user convenience the project bundle into a whole executable. The executable however is not signed jet.
I also provide an bundle version
