Description

Adds regression test for missing parent property in /v1/project/{uuid} response.

Addressed Issue

Fixes #3883

Additional Details

The behavior described in #3883 was reproducible with the v4.11.x codebase, but not the current master.

I suspect that stevespringett/Alpine#552 fixed this.
