Feature update and bug fixes

New features:

• Full sync from tree view to planning board
• Demotion/promotion of PBI's to and from tasks with undo (causes an upwards compatibility break!)
• Show feature title in story card in planning board
• Planning bord sorted by feature (oldest on top)

Bug fixes:

• Regression: Assistance text not showing
• User options in planning view now limited to this view
