The main body of the app is located in the WWW folder. With the exception of external libraries, such as jQuery and CharJS, the source code in this folder is released under the GPLv3 license.

Waistline only ever requires an internet connection when you scan a barcode. This uses your device's camera and pulls product information from the Open Food Facts database. The only information that is transmitted during this process is the barcode number of the product you scan.
