Resource types use LoC ResourceTypes.

Issue: Islandora/documentation#2052

Objective:

• When creating a new starter site, this should load the 33 Resource Types terms, along with their hierarchy, into the ResourceTypes vocabulary.
• This causes the Resource Type facet to use a new field that incorporates hierarchy, so you can filter (for example) Audio > Audio Musical or Audio Non-Musical. On both the global search page, and on a collection page, the Resource Types facet should display with hierarchy:

I have also prepared an instruction sheet for doing this change to an existing repository. It's open to everyone as editor, if you'd like to improve it before the PR goes through.
