The current version in the Julia registry is still 0.7.3 since 0.7.4 was yanked due to problems with ContextVariablesX.jl. Some commits later a new version was tried to be registered which did fail due to reuse of the yanked version number. This PR increments the version number such that a new version can be registered.

bump - 0.7.3 does not support Compat v4 so it would be nice to get a release

Sorry, was waiting to see if someone more involved with the original issue would jump on this and forgot to check back. This seems reasonable, merging and tagging now.
