Report shows HistoryCleanup differences in Umb v8.18.3

Describe the bug
After exporting the definitions and getting a [Report] all document types still show 3 differences for "HistoryCleanup" properties
I found no way of getting rid of them.

To Reproduce
In an existing v8 website

• upgrade Umbraco to v8.18.3 and uSync v8.11.0
• on the uSync dashboard, click on [Export]
• on the uSync dashboard, click on [Report]

Expected behavior
No changes

Actual behavior
Every document type shows 3 differences (see 2nd screenshot)

Additional context
An issue with these HistoryCleanup properties was already fixed in #346, but now it's back - or something has changed in the Umbraco backoffice.
