Umbraco v8.18.0 introduces history cleanup (see https://umbraco.com/blog/umbraco-91-release/#history) .

This adds some new properties to ContentTypes (in a HistoryCleanup object) - we need to serialize / deserialize these settings so they can be moved with all the other bits.
