Basic code to add a download folder and upload zip options to the default uSync dashboard.
Will give users the option to download their uSync folder to a zip file.
and then adds a "import from file" option so you can pick a zip and import it.
will check the zip actually contains usync files.
will also check there are no clashes invalid files.
will export over the top of the exsting usync folder.
more advanced options , like only export certain things, import bits, do full on reporting/checking without touching the uSync folder is already in the uSync.Exporter package.
