Description
This PR changes the CI pipeline from Travis CI to GitHub Actions to address slower build times on Travis. In addition, a second PlatformIO pipeline was added to test compilation on the TIVAC (#6) and all variants of the Teensy >= 3.0 (#26). Finally, the example from #26 was moved to support all boards as the AWS IoT example.
