Starting with this version, you no longer need to install .NET;

Changes

The prohibited list has been optimized:
- Now uses multiple processor cores to load images quickly (images will sometimes be in a chaotic pore);
- Images in the list are now compressed for optimization.
Improvements for Chinese translation (thanks smallg0at):
- The translation itself has been improved;
- The name of the cache cleanup option has been changed;
- The first time you run the program, the Microsoft YaHei UI font for Windows and the PingFang SC font for macOS for Chinese users will be selected.
Now a button has been added next to the cleaning options to view a description, since hovering the mouse over an option is not guessed by everyone;

Fixed an issue when clearing thumbnails - the option was still enabled, even if it was disabled;
Fixed a problem when clearing the cache, if some folder does not exist, the program crashes;
Fixed problem of inability to start the program on Windows 10/11;
An attempt has been made to fix the definition of The Sims 3 folder for other languages (for example, French, or German).

Removed the theme creation system, leaving only the white and dark themes (with lots of feedback I can bring this back again).
